Who we are

Adelina is operated by Dr. Ronen Shoval, a sole proprietorship in Israel (“Adelina”, “we”). Business registration number and postal address: to be added before launch. Contact: hello@adelina.media.

What Adelina does

You give Adelina a long conversation — a podcast, interview, panel or talk, by link or by upload. Adelina finds moments worth posting, shows you free previews, and makes a finished vertical clip of each moment you choose, ready to download and post.

Prices and payment

Previews are free. Each clip you keep costs US$19.90. There is no subscription. Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout before you pay.

When you check out, your payment method is authorised for the clips you chose. Each clip is charged only when its final version is ready and passes its quality check. If a clip's final can't be finished, that clip is never charged and its authorisation is released.

Adelina is the seller. Payments are processed by our payment provider; card details are entered on the provider's secure form and are never stored by Adelina.

Delivery

A finished clip is delivered on its page in your account and by an email link, usually within minutes of its final being ready. You can download it as often as you like for 30 days.

Your content

You confirm you have the rights or permission to use the content you give Adelina. You keep your rights. You give Adelina a limited licence to process your content only to make and deliver your clips. Don't submit content that is unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights (see Copyright).

Retention

A source submitted without signing in is kept for 24 hours. Unbought previews are kept for 48 hours. Purchased clips are kept for 30 days. Copies you download or publish are yours to keep.

Publishing to your accounts

If you connect a social account, Adelina publishes only the clips you choose, where and when you choose. You can disconnect an account at any time.

The service

Adelina is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty beyond these terms, and our liability for a clip is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, with exclusive jurisdiction in the competent courts of Tel Aviv. Nothing in them removes or limits a mandatory right you have under the consumer-protection law of your country of residence.

Changes

When these terms change, the new version is posted here with its date. A purchase is governed by the terms in force when it was made.
