Who is responsible

Adelina is operated by Dr. Ronen Shoval, a sole proprietorship in Israel (“Adelina”, “we”). Business registration number and postal address: to be added before launch. Contact: hello@adelina.media.

What we collect, and why

• Your Google account: your email address, your name and Google's account identifier — to know who you are, keep your clips together and email you about them. Nothing else from your Google profile.
• What you submit: the links and files you give Adelina, and what Adelina makes from them (transcripts, previews and clips) — to make and deliver your clips.
• Orders and payments: what you bought, the amounts and their status. Card details are handled by our payment provider, not by Adelina.
• Connected accounts: if you connect a social account, its account identifier and name. The network's authorisation is held by our publishing partner, Post for Me; Adelina never sees your password or tokens.
• Using the service: events such as “clip bought” or “preview watched”, to run, secure and improve Adelina. No advertising, and nothing is sold.

Service providers

We use service providers acting on our behalf: hosting (Hetzner, EU); speech-to-text (ElevenLabs); AI analysis (Anthropic); sign-in and email delivery (Google); publishing to the accounts you connect (Post for Me); payment processing (our payment provider, when you pay); and network transit providers. Some of them process data outside your country under their own safeguards.

Cookies

Adelina sets two cookies, both needed for the service: v5_session keeps you signed in, and v5_anon keeps a job you started before signing in. There are no advertising or analytics cookies. Google's sign-in button may set Google's own cookies when you use it.

What we keep, and for how long

• A source you submit without signing in: 24 hours.
• Unbought previews: 48 hours after they are ready.
• Purchased clips: 30 days.
• Your account: until you delete it.
• Payment records: as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Account → Delete my account and data deletes your account, your connections, your sources and your clips; payment records the law requires us to keep are kept apart from your email address. You can also complain to your data-protection authority (in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority).
