Website Privacy Notice

Effective July 2026

1. Scope

This notice covers only data collected through Adelina's public marketing website at adelina.media, from visitors who are not (yet) Clients. If you are a Client using the Adelina platform itself, the full Adelina Privacy Policy governs data collected through the product from that point forward.

2. What We Collect

Technical/log data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited — collected automatically by the web server.
Free Preview request data: the public video episode link you submit, the email address you provide, and a hashed form of your IP address used only for abuse/rate-limit protection.
Contact form data: name, email, and any message submitted voluntarily (including "Talk to us" scheduling, handled by Calendly under its own privacy terms).

3. Why We Collect It

To operate and secure the website.
To deliver the Free Preview you requested: send the email-verification link and, once your preview is ready, the private link to your workspace.
To protect the free service against abuse (rate limits per email and IP).
To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact options.

What happens when you request a Free Preview

Submitting the form creates a pending request and sends a verification email — no content is retrieved or processed before you verify your email. After verification, Adelina retrieves the public episode from the link you provided, transcribes and analyzes it, and renders one watermarked preview clip into a private workspace. This processing uses service providers acting on Adelina's behalf: hosting infrastructure (Hetzner, EU), speech-to-text (ElevenLabs), AI analysis (Anthropic), and network transit providers. From the moment you verify, the fuller Adelina Privacy Policy applies to your workspace data alongside this notice; the Free Preview Terms describe the content license. You can request deletion of a preview and its data at any time at hello@adelina.media.

4. Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics scripts. Two embedded third parties may set cookies of their own: Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces (no cookies), and Calendly's scheduling widget may set cookies if you open the "Talk to us" scheduler — governed by Calendly's own privacy policy. Signing in at app.adelina.media sets a session cookie there, governed by the Adelina Privacy Policy.

5. Retention

Free Preview requests: verification links expire after 24 hours; the request record (link + email) is kept for the 30-day one-preview-per-email window. A verified preview workspace stays available for 7 days — if you upgrade, it becomes your account and the Adelina Privacy Policy's retention rules apply from then on; otherwise you may request earlier deletion at any time.
Contact submissions: retained for 12 months, or until the inquiry converts into a Client relationship, at which point the Adelina Privacy Policy governs going forward.
Server logs: rotated on a short technical schedule.

6. Your Rights

The rights available to you under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law — access, correction, deletion, objection — are the same regardless of whether your data was collected through this website or through the product. See Section 10 of the Adelina Privacy Policy for the full description; this notice doesn't repeat it.

7. Sharing

Website analytics and, where used, advertising cookies may involve third-party providers.
